Kick off the holiday season by visiting the wineries, cideries, distilleries, and brewery of Summerland’s Bottleneck Drive! SummerGate is open early at noon so that families with kids and pets can enjoy the festivities before the crowds arrive. SummerGate Winery is a popular “must-see stop” – we go all-out to celebrate with miles of lights and plenty of holiday spirit! Our newly-licensed Special Events Area allows you to listen to your favourite Christmas music and warm up beside our burning Swedish torch logs while you enjoy a glass of wine. Roast smores by our outdoor wood-burning stove, and don’t forget to update your family photo or profile picture taken in front of our giant live Christmas tree! SummerGate’s kitchen will also be open offering poutine, smores kits, hot chocolate, and fresh local hot apple cider (non alcoholic).
