Register now to become a Wines of BC Ambassador Host Venue!
We’re currently planning Wines of British Columbia Ambassador Levels Two and Three programming, with classes held across the province throughout the year. If you have space to hold a class for your staff or your neighbours’ staff, please let us know. Through community and education, we will elevate hospitality and grow appreciation for BC wine.
About Ambassador Level Two
Level Two is currently only available to those working in the industry, such as: wineries, restaurants, media/PR, influencers, retail wine shops, hotels/tourism, and trade organizations. This course offers a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the regions, sub-regions, soils and wine laws that affect the production of BC wine. Level Two explores the BC wine industry in greater depth and incorporates international context and a wine tasting component. Level Two is led by a trained BC Wine Ambassador Facilitator.
About Ambassador Level Three
Officially launching in 2026, Level Three is currently targeted to industry leaders, including: Wine Shop managers and leadership teams, Restaurant, Sales, Retail managers and leadership teams, Sommeliers, Chefs, and Wine Directors. Level Three is an immersive, hands-on, day-long course that examines the BC wine industry in greater depth and incorporates winery operations, marketing, viticulture and winemaking. The day is divided into two sections: Sales and Marketing in BC Wine; and Viticulture and Winemaking in an active BC winery. Level Three is led by a trained BC Wine Ambassador Facilitator.
