Chef Brock Bowes
Chef and Co-Owner at CrAsian Food Truck may be best known from his stint on Chopped Canada 2015, which he won with a killer lobster dish. Previously, he’d worked at RauDZ Regional Kitchen in Kelowna, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and Burrowing Owl Winery, and is known for supporting local products with French technique, Asian influences and an endlessly innovative style. He is currently working on opening Provisions Kitchen & Catering, and his soon to be announced new restaurant.
