Seasonal Pairings Workshop

We invite you to join us for a special evening featuring seasonal wine and food pairings.

Learn and experience the elements of food and wine pairing while enjoying a flight of wine and seasonal food pairings. Leah O’Shaughnessy a dynamic member of our Cellar team will teach you the basics of wine tasting while delighting your palette with the perfect wine pairings and maybe some you might not expect.

Leah joined the winemaking program at Niagara College to learn all aspects of wine. Leah joined our Backyard team a year ago so if you haven’t had a chance to meet her, this is a great opportunity.
