For wine enthusiasts, Burgundy often seems steeped in mystery: alluring, yet intimidating. Burgundy is a French region, where small-scale vineyards and family winemaking traditions span generations. This seminar will attempt to demystify Burgundy and how these winemaking traditions translate to our Vineyards for Noble Ridge and how the concept of terroir translates to the glass.
