Executive Chef Chris Andraza of the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar originally hails from Ontario where he grew up with a curiosity of the culinary world and Canadian cuisine. It wasn’t until moving to Victoria in his 20s that he realized his love for fresh seafood. Chef Chris came to Vancouver with the passion to build his knowledge of the west coast style of cooking. Since opening the Fanny Bay Oyster Bar in 2016 Andraza has been hand crafting a playful menu with seasonal seafood and the bounty of shellfish that comes directly from the Fanny Bay Oysters and Taylor Shellfish farms.
