All seafood is caught right here in the Pacific Ocean, and Fukasaku is the oldest sushi restaurant in Canada to be 100 percent certified by Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program. All of Fukasaku’s sushi  is served with genuine wasabi harvested on Vancouver Island.
