The mid Okanagan includes two sub-GIs, Naramata Bench GI and Skaha Bench GI as well as the Summerland area. Vineyards are located on both the east and west sides of the valley with cooler, earlier shaded east-facing vineyards well suited to may white and earlier ripening re grapes.
