Chef Julian Helman

Julian Helman is the current Owner and Operator of Karat Chocolate based out of Kelowna, BC.  Julian has proven to be one of the most unique and progressive in his field here in the Okanagan.

Julian has trained at several Michelin star restaurants that span across Europe and Asia and was trained at the Culinary Institute of Canada.

He is proud to call the Okanagan home and strongly believes in using the best available single origin chocolate and organic fruits grown in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. Julian believes in using the best ingredients and letting there true nature show through.
