David has deep functional experience in data analytics, sales and marketing, with a focus on customer experience, brand planning and go-to-market strategy. His strength is bringing an analytical rigour and quantitative approach to uncovering fundamental issues, identifying trends and patterns relative to the unique project requirements. He has expertise in using data analytics to build out both commercial strategies and implementations. By harnessing the results from the data analytic services, he executed several engagements that involved implementing process improvements that generated quantifiable results to the customer experience and the client’s bottom line.
Prior to joining Grant Thornton, David owned and operated his own wine & spirits marketing consultancy, working with producers such as Diageo, Courvoisier and Niagara wineries. Following his MBA, he worked in management consulting for a global consulting firm specializing in commercial strategies for the consumer goods industries. David has worked with some of the largest multinational companies in the world, including Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and SC Johnson, across Europe, North America and China.
