A note on COVID-19: Wine Growers British Columbia (WGBC) supports the BC governments efforts to maintain public health and safety. We work collaboratively with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Provincial and Federal ministries, Wine Growers Canada, Destination Canada, Destination BC, and other industry stakeholders and partners to assess current and potential impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our wine, food, and tourism industry, and to produce resources and communications helpful to our industry.

CURRENT PROVINCIAL HEALTH MEASURES (November 2022)
Masks
Wearing masks in public indoor settings is not required by public health. Wearing a mask is a personal choice. Masks are encouraged, but not required, when travelling by air, train, public transit or BC Ferries.
Individual businesses and event organizers can choose to continue requiring masks on their premises. It’s important that we respect the choices of people, businesses and one another.
Gathering & Events
There are no restrictions on personal gatherings or organized gatherings and events like weddings.
Restaurants, pubs, bars and nightclubs
There are no restrictions at restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs.
The Province has created a dedicated phone service to provide British Columbians with non-medical information about COVID-19, including the latest information on travel recommendations and social distancing. Information is available in more than 110 languages, seven days a week between 7:30 am-8 pm, at 1-888-COVID19 (1-888-268-4319) or via text message at 1-888-268-4319.
