Wine Growers British Columbia (WGBC) represents the interests of British Columbia wineries dedicated to producing certified 100% British Columbia grape wine. Pursuing membership in BC\u2019s leading wine trade association is good for the industry and good for your business. Together, we are stronger!<\/p>\n

Full Membership<\/strong> – open to any licensed BC winery that is a member in good standing with the BC Wine Authority, and whose most recent fiscal year\u2019s reported BC Liquor Distribution Branch (BCLDB) sales equal or are more than 75% certified 100% BC grape wine. For information on the quarterly dues for full membership, reference the last page of this document.<\/p>\n

Associate Membership<\/strong> (non-voting) \u2013 open to any licensed BC winery whose most recent fiscal year\u2019s reported BCLDB sales are less than 75% certified 100% BC grape wine and\/or are not interested in being a full voting WGBC member to access 100% British Columbia grape wine programming. For information on the quarterly dues for associate membership, reference the last page of this document.<\/p>\n

WGBC Wines of British Columbia Store licences belong to WGBC and are individually operated under a third-party agreement that stipulates specific requirements and considerations including fair and equitable access for all 100% BC wines. To sell your BC VQA, 100% BC non-BC VQA grape and 100% BC non-grape wine in the WGBC Wines of British Columbia Stores you must be a WGBC member in good standing (full or associate) and subject to a 5% WGBC store fee on the BCLDB Wholesale Price (less Container Recycling Fee) that is collected and remit directly to the WGBC by the store from the winery payment.<\/p>\n

PLEASE NOTE:<\/strong> WGBC membership does not guarantee a WGBC Wines of British Columbia Store listing. WGBC membership is contingent on approval from the WGBC Board of Directors at their quarterly meetings. Once your application is approved, we will contact you directly.<\/p>\n
