An election for available seats on the WGBC Board of Directors took place with full winery members in good standing, and a Special Resolution to enact society by-law changes as recommended by the Watson Advisors Governance Report was put to a vote.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The following Directors were elected or re-elected to serve on the 2024-2025 Board of Directors:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Angela Lyons (Quails&#8217; Gate Estate Winery) to serve a 3-year term<\/li>\n<li>Josh Stewart (Arterra Wines Canada) to serve a 3-year term<\/li>\n<li>Lauren Skinner-Buksevics (Painted Rock Estate Winery) to serve a 3-year term<\/li>\n<li>Mark Sheridan (Hester Creek Estate Winery) to serve a 1-year term<\/li>\n<li>Paul Sawler (Dirty Laundry Vineyard) to serve a 2-year term<\/li>\n<li>Vincent Ong (Andrew Peller Ltd.) to serve a 2-year term<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Continuing board members include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Samantha Collins (Mission Hill Family Estate) \u2013 large winery<\/li>\n<li>Adam Woodward (Privato Winery &amp; Vineyard) \u2013 small winery<\/li>\n<li>Miles Prodan (Wine Growers British Columbia) \u2013 ex officio*<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Amended Special Resolution was passed, with 100% of voting members voting in favour.<\/p>\n<p>Wine Growers British Columbia thanks all member wineries in attendance at our 2024 Annual General Meeting, as well as all nominees to the Board of
