JoieFarm Winery Winemaker’s Dinner at Tratto Pizzeria

Pizzeria Tratto was born out of a passion for great Italian ingredients and a respect for the craft of pizza making. At the heart of it all is the traditional domed forno, which churns out perfectly balanced, soft, yet charred, Neapolitan pizza.

JoieFarm Winery is perched on an intimate loop of Naramata Bench and our vineyards are peppered throughout the Okanagan. With JoieFarm’s first vintage in 2003, and became only the fourth winery to grow from the Naramata Bench. Supplying restaurants is how Joie began and has always been owned by a sommelier and restauranteur. The partnership between Tratto and Joie started on Joie’s very own lawn, where Chris tested his Tratto concept with Joie’s wood burning oven for a beautiful Summer alongside the tasting room. We couldn’t be happier to pair up with him again at his restaurant!

Leap into our Cellar

Indulge your senses and savor the essence of time while you “Leap into the Cellar”!

Join us at Township 7 on the Naramata Bench to embrace the rare occurrence of the leap year as we uncork a selection of library wines from the previous leap year vintages of 2016 & 2020. Some wines will only be available at this event. Immerse yourself in the passage of time, with each bottle a testament to winemaking and wine aging. Charcuterie will be artfully paired with each wine from Poplar Grove Cheese.

Savour Spring

Painted Rock proprietor John Skinner welcomes Chef Chris Van Hooydonk to Painted Rock for a dining experience inspired by the season. Chef’s culinary philosophy involves using thoughtfully grown and locally sourced ingredients that represent the beauty and bounty of the South Okanagan. Backyard Farm will be creating a unique four course plated dinner menu which will be excellently paired with Painted Rock wines, both from the current releases and John’s own private library and accompanied by live music.

Alfresco Dinner

Painted Rock Proprietor John Skinner welcomes the celebrated culinary team Cocktails & Canapés as we delight in the beginning of our harvest season. Enjoy an evening under our pergola with a perfectly crafted four course plated dinner menu which will be excellently paired with Painted Rock wines, both from the current releases and John’s own private library and accompanied by live music.

Silk Scarf Workshop at Planet Bee

Join us at Planet Bee for a 2 and a half hour silk scarf workshop.

We bring the beautiful, ancient art of water marbling to the 21st century by inviting you to be the artist. Come and make your own water marbled silk scarf. Each workshop begins with a demonstration. Then each artist chooses their colours and floats the paint one drop at a time on the surface of the water, then uses marbling combs, rakes, or stylus to create the design of their liking. If you can sprinkle cheese on a pizza, or write your name with a pencil you can make magic with us!

Tickets include all supplies to make your silk scarf, jar of honey and a tasting of Planet Bees’ Honeymoon Mead. Styled and served like wine, our Honeymoon Mead is sure to create a buzz wherever it goes! Non-alcoholic options available.

Join us at Sperling Vineyards to create with the magic of water marbling! If you can sprinkle cheese on a pizza, and write your name with a pencil you can create magic with us!!!

We bring the beautiful, ancient art of water marbling to the 21st century by inviting you to be the artist. Come and make your own water marbled hat, hand fan, and ornament. Our workshop begins with a hands on demonstration. Battle of The Winemakers

Join us The Modest Butcher on Thursday, February 29th for our second Modest Tribute Dinner of the year, featuring guest winemaker Ryan de Witte of @rustwine and our very own Jeff Hundertmark of @mtboucheriewine going head-to-head in an epic battle between millennial and boomer.
Guests will enjoy a 4-course meal complete with wine pairings as the fellas duke it out for the title of “Tastiest Tipple” as you enjoy the fruits of their labour. As always, expect an expertly curated menu designed to complement the wines from Modest Chef™️ Dan Carkner.

Winter Long Table Dinner Series – Spain

Join us for a delectable, fun and informative evening as we celebrate our local farms, partners and suppliers with beautiful dishes and menus that showcase their top-quality ingredients paired perfectly with our wines. Our culinary team members will introduce each dish and wine being served. When possible, our partners will speak about the process of growing or raising their products. Seating is limited. Advanced reservations are required.

Guest House Room Rate: $179/night* (Wednesdays only)
*The discounted room rate of $179 is only available on Wednesday nights as part of the Long Table Dinner Series. Breakfast is included.
