At the heart of the evening is a five-course long-table dinner thoughtfully curated by Chef Kelley Storey. Each dish showcases seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and is intentionally paired to highlight the unique character of a selected Quails’ Gate wine.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided by Caroline Tucker of Quails’ Gate Winery alongside Brentwood Bay Resort’s award-winning sommelier, Adriano Cartuliares. Together, they will share insights into the craftsmanship, stories, and philosophy behind each pour, creating an engaging and immersive tasting experience.
