Summerland Strong Vees Game

The Penticton Vees announced today Summerland Strong Night on October 3rd when the Vees host the Tri-City Americans.

The Vees will honour local heroes that helped with disaster relief during devastating Bald Range Wild Fire earlier this summer.

“It’s important for the community to have an opportunity to recognize those who stepped up in a time of desperation. We are excited to dedicate this game to all the unsung heroes who don’t get the credit,” said Vees Sr. Vice President, Chris Laurie. “After all the distress they’ve been through, we are happy to offer all Summerland residents an affordable, entertaining night out.”

All tickets will be half price for Summerland residents with Government ID presented at the Valley First Box Office and two dollars from every single-game ticket sold will go towards wildfire relief in Summerland.

On top of honouring the people of Summerland and the surrounding area, the Vees will have a special intermission performance from rising Canadian country music star, Dawson Gray.

Adults – $27.00 + GST

Senior (ages 65+) – $24 +GST

Youth/Student (ages 13-18) – $12.00 + GST

Local Children (ages 12 & under) – FREE*

Club Seating – $33.00 + GST

*Free tickets for local children are available in person only at the Valley First Box Office at the SOEC and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
