1 Mill Road x Humo Izakaya Winemakers Dinner

Join us November 8 for an intimate winemaker’s dinner, bringing together Chef Kai Koroll’s globally inspired, ingredient-driven cuisine and the distinctive wines of 1 Mill Road. Presented alongside the winemaker behind the bottle.

Begin with a welcome splash of rosé, then settle in for scallop crudo, handmade egg-yolk ravioli with wild mushroom, smoked duck breast and slow-braised short rib. An apple and brown butter dessert brings the evening to a close, with thoughtful wine pairings throughout.
