About the Restaurant
Row Fourteen’s kitchen is agile and moves with the seasons.
We create meals that are directly curated by the land, the farmers, and our chefs’ intuition. Our mission is to cultivate a better relationship between organic produce and creative cuisine through the collaboration of chef and farmer.
In celebration of the bountiful Similkameen Valley and its surrounding regions, we pride ourselves on knowing that the produce prepared and served is very often harvested less than 500 m away from where it is enjoyed. We give priority to product quality, soil health, biodiversity, and animal well-being while taking part in the circular food system established by the farmers at Klippers Organic Acres.
Being situated on a regenerative farm, allows us to bring the term ‘farm-to-table’ to a whole new level. Thanks to our location, our dishes are extremely seasonal and nutritious as well as economically and ecologically sound.
Furthermore, with a strong focus on British Columbia (the Interior, in particular), we are proud to work with and support many local producers whose values align with our own. From celebrating local world-class wines to welcoming wild foods foraged in the surrounding hills to embracing animals raised with care; our restaurant is committed to creating and maintaining partnerships that respect entire ecosystems.
