Fairview Cellars

Fairview Cellars is a small, family-owned winery located on the Golden Mile Bench in Oliver, British Columbia—one of the Okanagan Valley’s most established regions for premium red wine production. With estate vineyards first planted in 1993, Fairview has a long history of producing structured, expressive wines rooted in place. Today, the winery continues this legacy with a hands-on approach that emphasizes thoughtful farming, careful fruit selection, and classic winemaking techniques.

Fairview Cellars focuses primarily on Bordeaux-inspired varietals and blends, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, alongside select whites. Estate fruit forms the backbone of the portfolio, complemented by high-quality Okanagan grapes when needed to maintain balance and consistency.
