About the Restaurant
Situated in the beautiful Northwest fishing hub of Prince Rupert, we are a small 14-seating seafood/sushi restaurant. Since 2013, we feature pristine BC seafood, harvests, and products, preparing and serving them with love, respect, and pride.
All seafood we serve here at fukasaku is caught right here in Northwest BC. In other words, we only offer sustainably BC seafood caught by local fishermen. Our strong connction with local fishermen and fisheries allows us to obtain the finest, highest quality seafood right here in Prince Rupert. Consequently, our seafood travels the minimum amount before it is consumed.
