We’ve Planted Deep Roots In the South Okanagan
We are a family farming company who’s been growing in the hot summers and cool nights of the Similkameen Valley since 1988, producing some amazing fruit.
Our story begins with Sunny, our family patriarch, who arrived in Canada in 1986. Coming from a family of farmers, Sunny took to farming throughout the Okanagan Valley. He grew a wide array of cherries, peaches, pears, plums, nectarines, apples.
Eventually, Sunny opened the Lasser fruit stand in 1991, because he believed delicious, fresh fruit should be available and affordable to everyone. Eventually his wife Jesse, along with their children Nav and Gagan, joined the family farm, making it a true family business.
Today, we’re one of the top growers in Western Canada, where we grow, pack, and ship direct to retailers.
