The Sweet Project

Sweet, structured, and a little surprising.

The Sweet Experience is part of The Pairing Project at Bartier Bros. Winery—a seasonal series of relaxed wine and food experiences designed to explore how unexpected pairings can completely transform a wine.

Guests will enjoy a curated flight of five wines—including one library selection—paired alongside five different pastries and/or squares on our vineyard patio. From flaky and buttery to rich and decadent, each bite is selected to highlight contrast, balance, and those surprising “aha” pairing moments. Guests are encouraged to explore the pairings and discover their own favourite combinations throughout the tasting.
