Staying true to Farm to Plate principles, our own 10 acre farm provides the Kitchen with ethically raised livestock and organically grown produce. Our meals celebrate the “merroir” of the Pacific west coast and we strive to support local & regional fishermen, crabbers, oystermen, farmers, food and drink producers.
