The Similkameen Wine Region unfolds beneath dramatic mountain ranges, where altitude, intense sunshine, steady winds, minimal rainfall, and mineral-rich soils converge. Together, these elements create ideal conditions for cultivating expressive, site-driven fruit. Production remains intentionally limited, ensuring meticulous attention at every stage under the direction of Daniel and Kristine Bontorin.

Daniel follows a low intervention philosophy, prioritizing purity and precision in the cellar. His portfolio spans three labels, Bottega Wines™, Seven Directions, and K Little Vintners™ with a focused dedication to rosé and small-lot wines. He aims to highlight structure, elegance, and a true sense of place in every bottle.
