About the Winery
Chaberton was built on the experience and love developed from nine generations of dedication to grape growing and production. While Chaberton started out as a smaller estate winery in 1981, owners Claude and Inge Violet were proud to open for retail in 1991, specializing in locally grown, cool-climate German white varietals.
