Merridale Cidery & Distillery

Here at Merridale, everything starts in the orchard at the Cobble Hill farm. We like to think of ourselves as a delicious destination. A place where you can be introduced to all we do, and you know, kind of fall in love with us. Or at least that is our hope. We welcome you to tour, to taste, to eat, to learn, to relax, and above all, to have fun. We invite everyone – Kids and dogs, too! And please remember we love to host parties as well as go to parties. If you are looking to host an event or wedding, contact our team. If you are going to a festival on the island, look for our trailer and signs on location – We will have cold cider on tap, or perhaps a cocktail or two, and we would love you to come by and say hi.

Merridale is a team of people who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. We focus on traditional methods and practices with some innovation to ensure that we never compromise the end product. We are proud of everything we make and we want you, our customer, to share in our passion and pride.

Merridale makes farm-crafted Cider, Spirits, and Fortified Ciders. Made from 100% Undiluted Apple Juice that is grown and produced at our Cobble Hill farm, in the heart of Cowichan on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Our farm is home to our Cidery, Distillery, Eatery, Tasting Bar and Weddings.
