Tucked into the heart of the Thompson Valley, Privato Vineyard and Winery began as a family dream, a quiet vision to create a place where time slows down and every sip tells a story. Today, that dream lives on in our boutique, family-owned estate, where guests are invited to step away from the everyday and immerse themselves in the charm of true wine country living.

Your visit begins in our inviting tasting room, where the intimate setting and genuine hospitality set the tone for your experience. From there, you’re welcome to wander through our beautifully designed gardens, relax in one of our peaceful picnic areas, or enjoy a flight of wines or ciders on our patio.

Open April through December, we host a range of seasonal events throughout the year, including our popular Music in the Vineyard series and the lively Privato Market. Located just 16 kilometres—about a 15‑minute drive—from downtown Kamloops, it’s an easy getaway for locals and visitors looking for excellent wines, beautiful surroundings, and memorable moments.
