TIME Family of Wines

TIME Family of Wines is the home to storied BC wine labels: Chronos, the McWatters Collection and Evolve Cellars. The urban winery, Chronos Tasting Room, and OROLO Restaurant + Cocktail Bar reside in a historic movie theatre in downtown Penticton, with a satellite tasting room located in the District Wine Village in Oliver.

When you visit any of our locations, you are treated to a warm welcome and a lineup of wines and food pairings from the OROLO team to suit any palate. Special events such as LIVE @ OROLO and Wineology round out the visitor experience. Private event spaces are available to book year ‘round.

We are proud to have a vineyard in Osoyoos, and source grapes grown in the very best vineyards in the Okanagan Valley. The unique terroir of the region allows complex flavours to develop, giving the wines a rich and authentically Okanagan taste. In addition to the Osoyoos-based vineyard, our winery team works with long-time partner growers to access the best grapes, leading to the wines that are so well loved.

OROLO Restaurant + Cocktail Bar
Named for horology, the study of time, OROLO offers elevated, elegant cuisine in a relaxed environment. The refined atmosphere that marries the echo of a historic theatre with the modern touches of gold and warm wood, allowing diners to feel comfortable while enjoying an inspired dining experience.

A big part of the OROLO team’s ethos is the commitment to supporting local farmers, producers, and purveyors, as well as a focus on top quality dry-aged steak offerings.
