40K for Them Cycle, Walk, Run

Sign up to cycle 40K, walk or run 10K in beautiful Seal Bay, or take in the 1 km accessible and family stroll through 40 Knots Vineyard. All proceeds goes to WeCan Shelter who builds homes for the homeless in Comox. 40 Knots is the proud sponsor of Home #7, with a goal to raise money for another home. The after party is at 40 Knots.

Runners & Walkers – 1:00pm Start – 10Km – 2201 Hardy Road, Courtenay, Seal Bay Park Entrance
All accessible route – 1:15pm – 1Km – 40 Knots Vineyard
Money raised goes to WeCan Shelter.
