Stem Japanese Eatery and Orofino Winery celebrate BCWINE Month

To celebrate April as BC wine month Stem Japanese Eatery and Orofino winery have partnered up to prepare a special menu to showcase both Orofino’s highly regarded wine portfolio and Chef Tatsuya and Chef Yoshii’s creativity. From April 25th until May 1st, special dishes will be paired with an Orofino wine list by the glass. Opportunities to experience tasting flights paired with menu items will make this a unique and exciting opportunity. On May 1st Orofino Winery owners and winemakers John and Virginia Weber will be on hand to pour some wines and talk about the wines. Reservations can be made by visiting Stem’s website.
