At Summerhill Pyramid Winery we make wines that are so beautiful that they are sacred. We start with organically and biodynamically grown grapes from the pristine Okanagan Valley, handling them with love and attention, allowing them to ferment naturally to retain the highest levels of antioxidants, and finishing the wines in our Pyramid Cellar built with precision Sacred Geometry and aligned to the stars to create a structure of stillness and harmony. The portfolio of organic wines has garnered international acclaim, including being awarded ‘Canadian Wine Producer of the Year’ by the IWSC in London, England. Established in 1986 by the Cipes family, it is the most visited winery in British Columbia. It was the first winery to be certified an Organic Winery by the Pacific Agricultural Certification Society of Vernon, and the only in BC certified as Bio-dynamic by Demeter. Summerhill Pyramid Winery started by making mainly sparkling wine crafted in the traditional method in the purest respect for ancient Champagne traditions, and garnering many awards and accolades for it. Summerhill Pyramid Winery is now crafting all types of grape wines, from whites, roses, reds, sparklings and ice-wines, each exemplifying the purety and specificity of the Okanagan Valley terroir. We are still a family owned independent winery and proud to be making exceptional award-wining Okanagan Valley organic and biodynamic wines.
