Chambar Restaurant & Clos Du Soleil Winemaker’s Dinner

Clos du Soleil Winemaker Michael Clark and Chambar Restaurant Owner & Chef Nico Schuermans invite you to attend a not-to-be-missed dining experience at our upcoming Winemaker’s Dinner, Wednesday March 12th, 2025, in collaboration with UBC Alumni. They will be showcasing five of the beautiful wines (a welcome wine, plus one wine per course) of Clos du Soleil winery from the Similkameen Valley in southern BC, paired with a four-course dinner that perfectly matches each wine.

Chambar x Clos du Soleil Winemaker’s Dinner

Following a thrilling 2024 and celebration of their 20th anniversary, Chambar will welcome Clos du Soleil for an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner happening on March 12. 

This four-course, long-table dinner pairs Chambar’s bold flavours and refined techniques with thoughtfully chosen wines from Clos du Soleil, an artisanal winery located in the Similkameen Valley’s Upper Bench. 

Guests will get the chance to meet Chambar’s newly appointed Co-Wine Directors, Alex Catto and Aimbree Bystrom, alongside Michael Clark, a UBC grad and the Winemaker and Managing Director of Clos du Soleil.
