Talented, energetic, and sharp as a tack, Jean-Marc Enixon is a classically trained French vigneron and winemaker. His education and training encompass both winemaking and grape growing disciplines, giving him perspective on the entire process, from vineyard to grape to bottle.
Our lunch will start with a glass of Culmina Saignee Rosé before sitting down to enjoy the exquisite tasting.
