Buy BC Program Application Window

January 6, 2025 - January 27, 2025

The Partnership Program is accepting applications from January 6 to January 27, 2025.

 

Key Details:

  • This intake is open to two streams:
    • Stream 1: Producers and Processors: for projects to be delivered starting in April 2025 and to be completed before September 30, 2025.
    • Stream 2: Industry Associations: for projects to be delivered starting in April 2025 and to be completed before March 31, 2026.
  • Under this program, participants must be able to cover all expenses upfront.

 

Program Details:

The Buy BC Partnership Program provides up to $2 million in cost-shared funding annually to support local producers, processors, and industry associations deliver marketing activities that increase consumer awareness and sales of food and beverage products within B.C.

Eligible activities include, labelling or packaging with a Buy BC logo, paid advertising, marketing collateral and promotional materials, B.C. focused market development tradeshows and sales expositions, and B.C. focused in-store demonstrations and promotions.

To be considered eligible for cost-shared funding, all applicants must first become a Buy BC member by applying for a Buy BC logo license. This license allows eligible businesses to use the Buy BC logo right away and add it to their products packaging and marketing materials for free, without having to apply for cost-shared funding.
