Full and associate members of Wine Growers British Columbia enjoy the exclusive benefit of listing their 100% BC grape and non-grapes wines at our 20 licensed Wines of BC stores across BC. Once a new member has been approved, they receive instruction on listing their products at these retail locations.


TRAINING AND EDUCATION- CREATING AMBASSADORS

Led by qualified BC wine advocates throughout the province, The Wines of British Columbia Ambassador Program is an exclusively BC wine focused series of educational courses -essential training for your staff! While access to the program is offered to both tiers, the opportunity to include your wine and winery within the curriculum of Level Two and Three of the program is a full member exclusive benefit.


WINES OF BC EXPLORER APP

Consumers actively use the award-winning App to uncover local wines and experiences. All WGBC members gain the ability to customize their winery/cidery profile and wine listings on the App. Full member exclusive in-App benefits include feature listings and direct email promotion to users.

Wine Growers British Columbia is a proud sponsor of restaurant channel programs such as Dine Out Vancouver, Dine Around & Stay in Town Victoria, Dine Out Thompson Okanagan and the Terroir Symposium (AB) to promote Wines of British Columbia awareness through BC VQA wine pairings. Opportunities to be featured as part of these programs and connect directly with 450+ restaurant contacts is exclusive to full WGBC members.


RETAIL PROGRAMS – TELLING THE STORY OF THE WINES OF BRITISH COLUMBIA IN-STORE.

Comprehensive channel-specific retail campaigns are implemented throughout the year keeping Wines of British Columbia top-of-mind with consumers. WGBC seeks to expand access to market and market share for BC wine, with tactics to achieve this including FAM tours with top retail executives to WGBC full member wineries. With additional listing opportunities available to WGBC full members as part of our retail programming efforts.


COMPETITION CONSOLIDATION

We assist our full WGBC member wineries in delivering their wines for judging at competitions around the world. By leveraging a single, coordinated shipment with specialist help, the complexity and cost of delivering wines to competitions is reduced, meaning more members can participate.
