You will receive all ingredients for each course including three BC wine pairings per course carefully selected by competing sommeliers for a total of nine bottles of BC wine.

Note: A pre-recorded video will be sent prior to the event to watch at your convenience, along with information on food preparation, wine pairings and any special instructions required.
On the same day, you will be invited to join a virtual live-stream emcee-led dinner experience with the chefs and competing sommeliers as they discuss the wine and food pairings and ultimately announce the winning sommelier and “Best BC Wine Pairing” at the end of the meal. You be the judge! As the prize winner, you and your dinner guests will have a chance to vote for your favourite pairing for the consumers choice award. The winning sommelier of the consumers choice award will receive an additional special prize.
