Okanagan College’s British Columbia Beverage Technology Access Centre (BCBTAC) is thrilled to invite you to their upcoming conference, Fermenting Success: Profitability and Sustainability in the Fermented Beverage Industry, taking place on January 17 at the Penticton Campus. This event will bring together industry leaders and academics to explore critical challenges and opportunities within the fermented beverage sector, both locally and beyond.
Conference Objectives: The conference will highlight innovative approaches to profitability and sustainability in the industry, showcasing the valuable work of both professionals and researchers.
Session Highlights:
The event will feature dynamic sessions across three specialized streams:
- Beer Production
- Wine Production
- Innovations in No/Low Alcohol Beverages and Spirits
With an exciting keynote to start, there will be four 45-minute presentations led by experts in each field.
