As part of WGBC’s commitment to championing LOCAL, we’re thrilled to offer an exclusive opportunity for 16 Full Member wineries to showcase their wines at Top Drop Vancouver’s Kickoff Event!
Event Overview:
Showcase Your Wines to BC’s Top Trade Professionals. This premiere event is your chance to connect directly with top trade professionals from across the province—buyers, sommeliers, media, and industry leaders, plus principals of 50 Top Drop 2025 participating international wineries —all eager to explore the best of BC wine. To highlight our Support Local message, we strongly encourage wineries to have their winemaker or proprietor in attendance to personally share their story, passion, and dedication to winemaking.
Event Details
Location: The Loft at Earls Yaletown
Date: Monday, May 12, 2025
Winery Pouring Time: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Top Drop Pourers Take Over: 5:30 PM – Late
Winery Set-Up Access: 2:30 PM
Materials Provided: Glassware, ice, and pre-set tables
Tabletop accessories and promotional materials only (no pull-up banners)
Wine Request: A minimum of x2 SKUs of six bottles each. There is no maximum.
Estimated number of attendees: 300+
During the first two hours, participating wineries will personally pour their wines as guests enjoy a welcome reception. After that, Top Drop volunteers will take over, serving wines at consolidated tables for the remainder of the evening —maximizing exposure for your brand while you seize the opportunity to network with this highly engaged audience.
