Early Bird Deadline: March 1, 2025

The 2025 Victoria International Wine Festival has announced the official dates. The festival will take place from October 1 to 7, with the Trade and Grand Tastings happening on October 3 and 4 at the Victoria Conference Centre. Applications are now open for this year’s festival, with a continued focus on making wine accessible and engaging within British Columbia’s capital region. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable exposure for your wines in an effective and cost-efficient way. There are a few new discount features to help support the wine industry:

Support for Wineries

• Early Bird Discount – Apply before March 1st to save $150 on your first table.
• Fee Waivers for BC Wineries – If your vineyards were impacted by frost or fire in the last two years, we will cover your table fees (excluding power and application fees).
• Bringing a Winemaker? – If a BC winemaker or International Principal attends, your table fee is on us.

Participation Details

• First Table: $500 (up to 8 wines)
• Additional Tables: $250 each
• Application Fee: $15
• Power (Optional): $150 (a required venue cost)

Everything Wine is continuing their partnership with the festival, which means participating wineries will have additional exposure and retail opportunities.
